Pool is now open for summer 2023! Welcome to our Pocono fun house! 14 Acre Private Estate Onsite Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna/tennis court/play set! Whether you are coming to the Pocono for a peaceful and scenic retreat or a gathering of family and friends, this house will uniquely suit your needs for both. Private 14 acres of your own paradise. Unbeatable, central location--only minutes to Mt. Airy Casino, Kalahari, Camelback; and all popular Pocono attractions like golfing, horseback ride, ATV rides, hiking/fishing/hunting sites, etc are also very close to us. Surrounded by beautiful trees with onsite pool, sauna and hot tub, and a large side yard to play on. Onsite tennis court for tennis and games, or for kids to ride trikes (tennis racquets and balls provided, please put back after use). Playset and 600 sqft sand box is heaven like for little kids. Nearly 5000 sqft house w 5 bedrooms is fully furnished for fun getaways. Game/movie room, large living room, large sauna, 2 sunrooms, huge patio w in-ground pool. Large back patio with BBQ and lots of seating area. Large parking lot.
Long, paved driveway into the woods will lead you to our house in a picturesque setting. Enter the house into this large entertainment room with sectional sofa set, pool table w/ pingpong top, big screen TV, fireplace, sauna and poker table. Multiple doors going out to the backyard patio, which is bigger than you can imagine with your own private in-ground pool. Lots of seating areas both inside and outside.
The dining room connects to the gorgeous kitchen fully equipped to cook and serve a large group. Some small appliances include microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. 2 Dining tables, eat-in kitchen tables and bar tables/stools (extra folding table and chairs available upon request). Plus 2 outdoor dining tables for more guests. Not to mention antigravity chairs, fire pit area with chairs (wood provided), and 2 sets of wicker sofas. So we will have more than enough seats for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. 5 Burner BBQ grill and gas tanks.
Living room and movie room all have large smart TVs. Large sauna. There are Xbox, poker table for 8 (poker set provided), basketball/multi-game stands, foosball, hockey table, and board games. The living room has pool table (w ping pong top). One of the sunroom has hot tub and one has sofa set to enjoy some relaxing moments with family and friends. Everything needed for fun right here on the property you wouldnât need to leave.

Bedroom 1: King bed and its own bath and powder room. We have a pack and play, and if you need it set up please let us know prior to trip.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and 2 twin over twin bunks with trundles.
Bedroom 3: King bed and twin over twin bunk.

Bedroom 5: Queen bed and full over full bunk
Living room sofa has a full size pull out mattress (with extra sheets and blankets, please request if needed).
All our mattresses are super comfortable.
4.5 baths including the bathroom inside the pool house next to pool.
All our beds are super comfy for good night sleep. fresh beds are made and clean towels provided by our professional housekeeping team. Essentials like shampoo soap etc are provided. We kindly ask our guests to STAY GREEN by only using the beds they need or close door to the room they won't need.
$150 hot tub service fee if you wish to use it (open all year round). Pool service fee is $150 (onsite pool open Memorial Day to end of Sep). The cleaning fee includes linen and towel (no extra charge for this service).
Last but not least please respect our peaceful neighborhood. Although we are on a large piece of land, loud music beats or sudden noise from toy guns will travel further than expected and disturb our surroundings. With that said, we certainly hope you all have lots of fun while enjoying the peaceful nature the Poconos has to offer.

When it comes to choose an area to stay, our home is one simple choice with its proximity to all the famous Pocono Mountain attractions. Kalahari, located just a few miles from us, is one of the world's largest indoor/outdoor water park, an 150 acre complex of fun recently opened for Pocono guests. Camelback Moutain Ski/Tubing plus Adventure Park is 10mi south of us. Mount Airy Casino and Golf is 2mi south. Summit Lane Bowling and Pocono Manor Horseback Riding and Golf are also popular to our neighborhood. NASCAR Pocono Raceway, Sunset Hill Shooting Range, Barley Creek Brewing Company, 100-store Crossings Premium Outlets, Alpine Mountain Ski/Skate/Tubing, Callie's Pretzel Factory & Candy Kitchen, Delaware Water Gap, are all popular attractions close to us. Town center is next door with great restaurants, Walmart Supercenter and ShopRite.
The area is surrounded by state parks and game lands, where you will find numerous hiking/biking trails, sight-seeing sites, fishing, etc. Whether you like antiquing, books, film, pottery, farms, or more ventures activities like zip-lining, skydiving, paintball, ATV, rafting, water ski, or even dog sledding, you will find it here! For a longer day out (45min), head over to the historic town of Jim Thorpe to take train ride, or Bushkill Falls for natural beauty. Last but not least is to take advantage of what our house has to offer -- private and beautiful back yard; Back yard is large and flat w in groud pool, hot tub, fire pit, sofa sets and loudge chairs, dining set, etc.
