We had a decent stay at your lodge. Staff was helpful, room was decent. Mattress was a little to firm, and pull out couch was pretty bad. Hotel was clean and quiet. I will for sure consider staying with you again

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Peaks Lodge. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only major concern is that no recycling is gathered and properly dispensed for recycling. Cross Lakes has recycling pick up. I do not know how this can be arranged with the city but it needs to be done. The lodge does not participate in recycling. At this time we all need to do everything we can to support the ecology of the earth.

They were painting/spraying the outside of the building on a busy labor day weekend. The windows were covered in plastic and you couldn't open or see out. The designated parking was not available either. Part of the time the front door was blocked off and not usable. The hot tub was out of order.

This hotel is so cute. The pool was totally clean and warm, which is a rarity for me at hotels. The staff was nice and it's in such a cute area. Most importantly, they were extremely accommodating to my dad's walking issues and gave us a first-floor room right by the front desk. Definitely recommend.

I definitely would stay there again. Crosslake is a cozy little town with lots of shops and dining near by.
