The handle in the shower was broken so I could not take a shower. The toilet paper holder was positioned almost behind the toilet so it was hard to reach. There was some kind of rumbling off and on all night which interrupted sleep. At 7:30 in the morning some kind of machinery was used in the parking area right outside my room: very loud, prevented sleep. I will never stay there again.

My electric key entry for the door was held together by duct tape and actually popped open during the night. That did not feel good on a door that’s keyless. I told maintenance about that who came into the room to unstop the toilet. Other than that, I had a great stay.

The property has been refurbished recently, so the room and areas are clean and look great. The beds were super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Its a motel, so don't expect it to be fancy, but if you want a hotel on the water, close to downtown, easy to get to, and with a dock, this is a great place for you. Bar, restaurant, and coffee shop all there! The only reason i did not give 5 stars was that the AC unit in our room was really loud, which woke me up a bit.

Nice staff, clean rooms, very laid-back. The tiki bar has great food. The little coffee breakfast bar is very very slow. But you also get a bag breakfast that you pick up at the desk that is a nice touch. Especially when you’re on the go. We’ll be back. We’ve stayed there before and we’re very happy with the upgrades.

Great Spot

Excellent location on the Crystal River. Loved being able to launch our kayaks right from the property. Good food and fun bar on the property…Crackers. Loved meeting their resident kitty named Murphy.
