The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the downtown area and the bus station to IncaRail bus station. However, there is no sound insulation of the room at all, we can hear people talking shouting clearly, even at midnight and early in the morning. The hotel is noisy and I couldn’t fell asleep throughout the night. Another issue is the cover, blankets and sheets are not very clean and super heavy. staffs can’t speak English, but they are nice. Anyways, there are many things that can be improved
