Room was ok. AC unit in room was broken, no linen for sofa bed had to go downstairs and get it, had to return dirty towels before we could get any more clean towels.

The property is near the medical complexes. This was very convenient. Unfortunately we did not get any rest at night due to all the talking and laughing at the Check in desk. Our room was within 10 feet of the check in. Also, we discovered,upon returning to our room, there is no daily housekeeping available. I therefore was asked to take out our soiled towels to the front desk before getting clean towels.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Candlewood Suites. I apologize that you did not have a good nights rest due to some noise from the lobby. I hate to heat that as we are in the sleep business and I always want my guests to get a good night sleep. We do things a little different at Candlewood. As a hotel that caters mostly to extended stay guests, we respect the privacy or our guests and do not do housekeeping on a daily basis, but instead once per week. That being said, we do everything possible to honor any housekeeping request that we might get. Thank you again for staying with us. I hope that you would give us another try. Good clean room, quiet hotel. Great shower and helpful staff.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, close to ih-35e
We enjoyed the room and its layout. It was very clean and clean-smelling; very quiet in the overnight hours. Very comfortable bed and good, strong shower. Staff very helpful, gladly changed our our used towels for fresh ones. The little pantry store was great - they actually had milk! So many hotel stores do not. We thought breakfast was provided in the daily rate but no problem since there was an excellent choice of items in the store. We had a great stay.
