Very good value. Breakfasts were better than the usual hotel breakfast fare with omelets to order. We requested housekeeping during our stay and they did an excellent job.

The grounds are great for walking my pet Maltese, very friendly with poop stations. The breakfast and the pool access during December was awesome!

Great stay with tons of room and great amenities!

We will definitely bring our kids next time we come and stay at the Hyatt. Rooms are very spacious, clean and the amenities are wonderful. Thanks Travelocity for another great stay!

House Keeping sucks

Pros: Breakfast was good. Tim the front desk person was good, but couldn't get housekeeping to do their job.
Cons: Housekeeping is a problem. They stand out in from of the rooms chatting, and never get anything done. That's a management problem.
Location: Location is good.
This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. And both times after the first of a two day stay, they didn't clean the room. I asked the front desk 5 times and my wife twice to do something. Never happened. This is pattern and leaves a bad taste in your mouth, There are so many choices in Dallas, i would stay away from this place.

A night Away!

Pros: Its easy to get to, easy check-in; Nice to have a drink from their lobby bar and breakfast is always delicious
Cons: Rooms are being remodeled. I liked the makeup mirror the rooms used to have. LOVE the new shades, carpet and bedding. The coffee maker did not work
Location: Within walking distance to dining. shopping is nearby also
We love the convenience of this hotel. Its close to all appointments and night life. Quiet and confortable.

great hotel for the price

Pros: see above
Cons: better noise reduction
Location: close to where my son lives, which is why we chose that location
the suite was more room than we needed but very nice. Bed was comfortable and I slept the best of any time in a new hotel. The breakfast was ample. Only complaint were the people above us started making noise at 5 a.m.
