The staff at this facility was fabulous!!! Daniel, Chia, and Alejandra were great! Exceptional!! Our door lock malfunctioned; and they were all wonderful in getting us relocated to another room. We love this hotel and especially their caring staff!! Over and above the call of duty!!

They had flood issues before we arrived - but they put us in a room across from a bunch of fans that we could hear the fans in the room- then they moved in people next to us with a dog that was barking- we asked to be moved - they moved us to second floor - great - smaller room but no dogs and no fans - however - refrigerator was smelly and toilet wouldn’t flush - just not a great experience -
