Overall the hotel was fine. We found a few crickets in our room the night we checked in. Keep in mind it was the fifth floor but besides that it’s not too bad. I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The staff was incredibly nice. One thing that was lacking was the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the room. I noticed a lot of mold growth in and arround the shower. Not a fan of that, but it was only just unsightly, the rest of our stay was amazing.

Carport wasn't the cleanest, shower curtain had a mold spot, breakfast cost instead normally free. This hotel just needs a remodel in my opinion. Not like the other Hiltons I have stayed in.

I stayed in this hotel while attending a funeral. I left at 8:30AM and when I came back late afternoon, my room door was open. Not ajar, but propped open with the security bar at the top of the door. When I entered the room, I saw that the room had NOT been cleaned. Naturally, I panicked, wondering if someone had taken my computer or other valuables. I reported the situation to the front desk. Housekeeping claimed that they never cleaned the room, which was correct. However, the hotel staff could not give me an answer about who entered my room and left it open. I spoke with a staff member named, Patrick who said he would immediately investigate and call me to report who entered room 404. I got no answer and no call. Mistakes happen, but when security is involved, they cannot happen. I was away for over 8 hours. Anyone could have entered my room including other hotel guests. This is entirely unacceptable.

I

Upon arriving the front desk employee was either sleepy or high on something! (Maria) I believe was her name. She did not great me or say Hello or even ask how can I help you, like normal Customer service reps. I got checked in and my room keys, go up to the room and it had NOT been cleaned! I go back downstairs and have to deal with a unenergetic employee. She then proceeded to contact someone by phone I assume housekeeping the convo was in Spanish. She then informed me that they will come and clean it. I asked for another room because I was tired and didn't to wait and hour while they cleaned the room! Keep in mind I arrived and checked in at like 10pm. The room should have been cleaned already and all day, but it wasn't and she said there were no more available rooms! So I had to wait the hour while they cleaned the room. Once it was cleaned and I got into the room it was fine. i travel A LOT for work, kids sports, and with my sorority chapter. This is the ABSOLUTE 1ST I experienced service like this, starting the check in! The front desk worker needs a class on customer service and greeting!
