We liked the hotel well enough- staff was friendly. Barely any parking even though the hotel is huge. Barely any carts to bring luggage up to the room. Surrounding area noisy and overcrowded. Rooms clean and tidy.

Amazing definitely 10/10 and this is now a hotel I will stay when visiting this area. Great customer service from desk prompt with assistance.The Cafe was amazing great chef and waitress everything was taste good and fresh. Love this hotel entirely.

First time here, love the property. Beautiful, modern and clean. Check in was fast and efficient. Alexander was awesome. He remembered us and greeted us each time. The room was very nice, bed comfortable. Carpet and floor was so clean. We loved the decor of the lobby and common spaces. We declared we will definitely be coming back to this location.

Great stay

Great stay overall. No major complaints. Would recommend a night light in the bathroom to find the toilet during the night. Breakfast service customer service was excellent both times we ate at the hotel. The waitress' were attentive and provided everything we needed from greetings to when we left the restaurant. One minor complaint was when I entered the elevator on Saturday, I entered one with double doors. At that point the other door opened and multiple staff members stepped into the elevator with carts and kept reaching across me to scan their badge on the elevator panel over and over. I had to step into the corner of the elevator to remain out of the way. It was a little awkward; but I guess I stepped into the one used by room service/staff members.
