We did not experience the Breakfast as we had a 5:30 AM flight. It has always been excellent though. No need for laundry service. The room was clean and fresh. The staff is excellent. The shuttle personell are friendly and polite. Leaving at 3:30 AM with the first Shuttle, we left an item. the cleaning staff took it to the frontdesk and it was there upon our return the next week.

Very punctual airport shuttle. I didn’t think the bathtub faucet worked so had to take a spit bath in the morning. I mentioned it at check-out and the staff person was extremely curt and said, “you have to pull the handle out as well as turn it.” Would have been nice to have been told that at check-in. And it would have been nice and more professional to have been told the information in a friendly way!
