There is no smart tv, or microwave Bottom Security lock was not working in my room. The rooms were in need of updating, there was peeling wall paper in the room and worn carpet. Desk /Work area lacked outlets, has old, worn out desk. There was a flashing/strobing light in drive area that came through the window and gave me a migraine and causing me to switch rooms. However, the Staff was polite, accommodating and very helpful.

Not only was this hotel conveniently located near the airport, it was also easy to uber from there to East Dallas and to Fort Worth. As I was traveling for work and wanted to stay within budget as much as I could, I kept expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-managed and maintained this property was - it was very clean, the room was incredibly spacious and had all the essentials you'd expect from any hotel. The extra bonus was the free shuttle that took me to restaurants within a 5-mile radius at night, which was so very convenient and helpful. The best part was the front desk staff. I had the pleasure of meeting both Dewey and Irina, and especially the lovely Monica. All 3 took care of me both at the front desk as well as at the bar during my stay. Monica was also able to assist me with early check-in and gave me some helpful tips when I asked her about navigating to Fort Worth too, since it was my first time visiting. Not only were all 3 efficient and great at what they do, they clearly also enjoy their work and it truly makes a difference. Their warmth and inviting presence truly enhanced my trip. Thank you!

There was no mirror or lighting that made it easy for putting in contacts or makeup. Also, no full length mirror. Underneath the bedside tables there were big unattractive wires hanging down. Staff was very nice and attentive.

The staff was amazing! The cleanliness was spot on!! We were slightly disappointed in the lack of simple things (like a full length mirror in the room, or charging ports). We loved its location in proximity to where we were visiting.

Wonderful

This stay was almost near perfect. Clean, friendly, great location, LOVELY breakfast. This had to be the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The food ladies were great too. Always kept it clean and full. The only thing I had a little issue was, was the slow and hot elevators. Other than that, I’d be back soon!! Pool was also nice! Thanks guys
