Staff and room decor. Very nice and Brittney very accommodating and pleasant. Chose resort for location and available jacuzzi but it was padlocked after dinner. Attempted to open it early for us to enjoy the next morning and water too cold to enter. Perhaps next trip.

They never came and replaced the towels. And when I asked for towels I had to go to the front desk and get them. Which is odd. They didn’t have any face towels and never tried to get me some later or anything. And somehow 2 rooms got booked and the person at the front desk I checked in with first never mentioned this. I get one call saying I had 2 rooms booked and it would be refunded. I got another call about the same situation so it was never resolved.

This was a great trip. The hotel staff was so accommodating; one woman named Brittany went above and beyond and that extra touch just made our stay even better. The rooms were clean, even the pillows smelled like they had been washed in bleach (leave the hotel if the pillows stink), and the breakfast made my kiddo so happy. I promise I’ll be back.
