Terrible Experience – Completely UnacceptableI rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced on VRBO. I paid extra for early check-in, but due to non-working codes, I couldn’t access the property until after the standard check-in time—completely defeating the purpose and disrupting my schedule.The main bedroom smelled strongly of marijuana, which was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. The sink stopper was stuck, the bathtub in the main bathroom took over four hours to drain, and the lamp in the living room didn’t work due to dead bulbs. One of the bedroom fans didn’t work at all, possibly due to a short, and there was trash—including a used mascara wand, open safety pin, and hair product—left on the floor. I also found dirty dishes on the balcony and broken balcony shades.Supplies were severely lacking: only five paper towels and barely any soap in the bathroom. I was told multiple times someone would come to address the issues, including a specific 4 p.m. appointment that I rearranged my day for—but no one ever showed up. At 9:30 p.m., I was informed someone might come the next morning. Spoiler: no one did.Despite repeated promises that towels and supplies would be brought up, they never were. I was blatantly lied to multiple times by the host or management. The overall cleanliness was poor—I even found fuzz and trash in the bed.This property was not as advertised, poorly maintained, and completely mismanaged. I wouldn’t
