We check in because this was affordable and it had airport shuttle included. However, as we checked in we were informed that the hotel does NOT run an airport shuttle like the website said. We asked to see the manager and were told he was not there. The front desk staff said she would have the manager call within 15 minutes. That never happened. He never reached out to us and could care less. Our room was very dated and had black mold on the wall above the AC. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Terrible hotel starting with slow check in and the rooms are horrible.i don’t even feel comfortable sleeping on these beds due to how dirty/old everything is from the sheets/beddings, carpet, and the doors/walls are nasty with scratches. This hotel needs to be renovated, but might not make a difference due to horrible location. If I’d known this, I’d never booked a room here ever again. So so so disappointed.

I was very disappointed. I’m not picky about hotels, but the entire hotel wreaked of marijuana. I could hear doors opening and shutting all night, so sleep was nonexistent. The rooms were hot at night. AC could not adjust to a cooler temperature. Staff did not have rooms ready by check in. Breakfast was okay. Not many options. It was by whataburger, so that is a plus.

The property was neat and clean from the outside. The room was fine. The floors needed to be vaccummed better, and some of the bedding had holes in it. Other than that, I pleased with my stay at this motel and if necessary I would be happy to stay there again.

The rooms were ok not perfect, neighbors were loud seems like people probably live here, seen roaches in the bathroom, cracks in the wall found trash under the bed, bed sheets were pretty old and stained. Overall 4 of 10
