I didn’t even stay there. I called in. The staff agreed to cancel my stay then the next morning when I realized I had not been refunded, they told me that they couldn’t cancel my stay and it’s been a fight ever since.

That room was spotless. The outside needs work though, sweeping and the cement walkways could be power washed. I was only there to sleep between my flights and going to my room I worried about what I had got my self into. But the room redeemed my worry. The staff at the front desk where nice

The room smelled like mold and humidity upon walking in. We moved the bed towards the wall so my baby wouldn’t fall and realized it was so dirty under the bed. The tub looked gross with brown/yellow stains so my kids weren’t able to take a bath. Also I requested a shuttle to be picked up from the airport and it never arrived. We waited over 45mins until the neighbor hotel shuttle by Wyndham picked us up and took us to the Red Roof.
