Excellent mid-price property. Staff was particulary friendly, accommodating and helpful (especially Gerald at the front desk, who helped me get my TV working!) Only major complaints were (1) A/C in my room was extremely noisy, and (2) beakfast assortment was very disappointing.

Average hotel with a several issues. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. After complaining to front desk nothing was done. Also, the room was not cleaned even though I was out from 8am to 4pm. Second floor room facing highway - it felt like the window was not there. Constant noise from the highway.

First time staying here and loved it. Customer service was excellent, room was spotless, bed was very comfy, and even though I was next to the highway, it was quiet enough that I had no issues sleeping. Great experience and would definitely stay again and recommend!

Comfortable Stay Near Downtown Dallas

This place was a great central location in Dallas. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and quiet. The place itself is in a little disrepair but not enought to spoil the stay. I would definitely stay here again.
