After seeing the hotel and the area around it, i decided not to stay at this hotel. It was unsafe and dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I decided my safty was worth more than the money I lost.

Nice short holiday visit!!

Our stay was great!! The room was very nice and clean. Beautiful new facility. There were some minor issues with a leak in the bathroom sink. Maintenance responded promptly. Clients should be told at check in maintenance to the room is every other day.

I spoke with the property manager, I just had to tell him how lovely this hotel is… The staff was helpful & patient with the check-in also kind… My room was clean, stocked, well supplied… I didn’t have to ask for anything!!! I really enjoyed that personal touch of welcome with my name on the TV screen!

Really nice place to stay at and really nice staff and house keeping staff. GM on the other hand needs to work on her customer services skills. Stayed at Tru by Hilton because it had a lot of stores and restaurants around that were super close by you, can literally walk with no problem. Property was clean which I liked and staff and house cleaners were super helpful and friendly. Issues at the property were I stayed there because they offered hot breakfast but only 2 out of the 7 days it was available. The rest of the days they didn’t have it only yogurt, bread or cereal. When ask about it GM couldn’t give an answer and referred you to signs on the walls.. Pools as well were out of services 4 out of the 7 days so couldn’t use it at all. Didn’t offer a credit back or any sort of compensation just a sorry for the inconvenience. Not worth the money if you ask me if you book for certain Over all stay would be a 3 out of 10 stars. Not worth the money if you book for certain things listed on the hotel services.

The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly but wasn't informed about the hotel operations. One of the days I reserved was cancelled and staff didn't know how to fix it. Although it was Expedia's fault. We didn't get our room cleaned and had to call the front desk for towels even though house keeping were on the floor.
