No hot water in bathroom despite complaining multiple times to front desk. Couple of maintenance guys showed up but did not do fix it till we checked out. This in spite of the temperature in the lower 30s outside. Also, very less items in breakfast and not stocked on time but they ensured to remove all items by 9:30 sharp

For the most part the stay was ok until I went to take a shower in morning before leaving and no hot water in the shower nor sink. Very disappointed. When mentioned it to front upon check out all that was said was "oh, sorry"

My stay was awesome. Ella was super helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the area and suggested places to go. She's also extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The front desk helped us on numerous occasions. Nothing was too much for them to assist us with. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Lots of hallway noise coming into room. Even after 11:00 pm, staff did not ensure people were respecting the quiet hours. Woke up in the middle of the night to grab something and found a baby roach crawling near the bed, so cleanliness is an issue here.
