Hotel in the center of the city

Pros: The hotel is located in the central part of the commercial district, close to malls, a walking distance to People's Park. It has a friendly ambiance.
Cons: Since the hotel is quite old, lots of maintenance work are needed to keep the hotel competitive with any 4-star hotel facilities.
Location: There is Gaisano shopping mall, lots of sit in and fast food restaurants, walking distance to People's Park.
From the airport, the hotel is a distant away. I paid Grab taxi for 170 pesos. The hotel is clean although under renovation on some parts at the time of visit. The room is comfortable and spacious like other standard hotels. The hotel is quite old but maintained. However, I noticed there is no hot water from the shower. The lavatory faucet is loose and the sink's water stop can not be adjusted nor controlled. All in all, the condition is generally acceptable.

Pros: Staff were great.
Cons: Water pressure and hot water.
Location: Mall and other restaurants.
Water was cold and weak,no safety rail in the shower, the room safe did not work,five of the food items were unavailable at the restaurant.

Nice hotel

The check-in time is at 2pm....not one second earlier regardless of how long your flight is or what the need is. I contacted hotel thru travelocity to request transportation to hotel from airport.....still waiting for a response!! Overall, the hotel is nice enough. The elevators smelled like durian(the nasty smelling spiked fruit). The room was terrific!! Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great!! Hot water never really was hot, lukewarm was as good as it gets. The restaurant across the street, Primo, that was awesome!! The breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly just as long as you don't try to check in early
