Ground floor newly remodeled large condo on car free section-New Smyrna Beach

You will love being steps from the pool area, grill area, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in this ground floor condo. Welcome to our large 1 bedroom, 1.25 bathroom, ground floor condo at Castle Reef located in a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. This complex offers 500 feet of ocean front. We are located on the NO DRIVE section of the beach. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from the beautiful oceanfront heated swimming pool (winter months), large baby pool, clubhouse, oceanfront gas grill, shuffleboard court, lighted tennis courts, and large patio gazebo. Right off our patio is a walkway that conveniently takes you right to the pool area, close enough for convenience but far enough where you do not hear any noise. Step from the pool onto the white sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.

We are on the ground floor with a partial view of the ocean. Our condominium is 766 square feet and is stocked with everything to make your vacation comfortable. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and large vanity area. Relax in the living room on our very comfortable sofa and large, comfortable recliner. There is a blow up mattress you can inflate with the blow dryer for younger kids or 3 recliners that are zero gravity for sleeping. Both our master and living room have large flat screen TVs with plenty of cable channels. Our dining table seats 6. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We also have high speed wireless internet available. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our secured WI-FI connection or plug into our cable modem for high speed internet in the condo.

New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and the grounds are tropically landscaped and the complex is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We are an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Seal World, and Universal, and only a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Unit 117 is light filled and spacious with a foyer, living/dining area, master suite, fully equipped kitchen and a private covered patio with an ocean view. Both the living room and master suite open to the ocean view porch. The Master Suite includes a separate dressing area with additional sink, allowing a private dressing area in addition to the full bathroom. There are tile floors throughout.

Great complex Convenient 1st Floor

We’ve been going to NSB for many years as Orlando residents we’ve learned to love this complex - it’s on non-driving section of beach so less crowded and safer for kids. Plus there’s a Dollar General for quick grocery needs and a great breakfast spot and a gym that accepts 1 day passes. The complex is very well maintained with convenient parking and good sized pool. The unit is on first floor so easy in and out to pool or beach. Furnishings very comfortable and kitchen and bath upgraded. Only one bedroom but sink area in bedroom closet area is in addition to the attached bath which also opens to the living area. We would definitely go back.

Stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with my fiancĂ©. We had a wonderful stay and the property was just as it was listed. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed the outside patio in the evening. mandatory week stay for future holiday stays

We have stayed here 3 years in row for a few days during the 4th of July Holiday. Wonderful short trip on the beach. New future bookings require 7 day stay during the first two weeks of a July. Sad the policy changed. Owner is very responsive!

Great spot on NSB

We had an awesome stay at Gay's condo! The place was very clean, and was just a few steps to the beach and pool. The condo was well stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. The Castle Reef complex was very clean and well kept. The grounds were well manicured, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the boardwalk and garden area, and watching the family of bunnies. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Fantastic first floor unit with ocean views

We loved everything about this place. It’s clean, has everything you need, and plenty spacious. This first floor unit is very close to the pool and we could see the ocean from the patio! Comfortable beds and my kids loved the chest full of games. The host is extremely responsive! Great stay and we will be back.

We love castle reef

We have been coming to NSB for years and castle reef is our favorite condominium. This unit was great - was ground floor so easy walk out to the pool and close to the parking lot. You also can see the ocean from the recliner in the living room. I previously stayed in the unit to the left and there was a lot more rules and I had to spend the last day of my vacation washing towels. This host didn’t require that which was a huge plus. Who wants to do laundry on vacation. This host didn’t bother us at all which I really appreciate. Castle reef has a heated salt water pool that is constantly in the sun. Perfect place for a getaway
