This was our second stay at this condo, and it was perfection once again. I know other reviews describe the view (gorgeous), the furnishings (comfy and beautiful), and the condo amenities (washer/dryer, beach gear, etc.), so I will detail some of the other features. (1) The kitchen--perhaps the most well-appointed kitchen we've encountered in a VRBO - dishes, drinkware, serving dishes/platters, cooking & prep utensils, pots & pans, baking pans & sheets, small appliances, etc. There was no improvising as is often the case when cooking in a rental property. (2) Towels--There are more bath towels than you could possibly use. (3) Paper products--No need to ration paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee filters. There is enough to last a family of four for a couple of months. LOL (3) Laundry products -- "free and clear" detergent and dryer sheets are stocked in the laundry room. This is a thoughtful touch for guests with sensitivities. (4) Cleaning products--If you need anything, look under the kitchen sink. You'll likely find it there! (5) Cleaniness--Of course, the condo looked great as expected. Not long after we arrived, I had a slight altercation with the ice/water dispenser that required me to wipe the floor with a paper towel. Absolutely no dirt came up on the towel, just the water I spilled. This made me wonder about the top of the fridge. I wiped it with the damp paper towel...nothing. No dust or dirt at all. That's a good cleaning crew! WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!

Lovely renovations / updating within the condo, all kitchen, bedding, paper supplies, and Beach needs accounted for, which isn't always the case. Would have preferred not to have to strip the beds, but that is not so unusual. Outstanding responsiveness from the owner. Funny aside, but much appreciated: fastest elevator at any rental or hotel at which we've ever stayed. Great location if you want a beach stay only an hour from Orlando.

Best Vacation Rental

This property is everything you could ask for - clean, well furnished, paper products, large selection of pots/pans, and a view to die for. Just bring your clothes and you will be all set. The pictures are accurate, Zachary the host is very attentive, and Ebb Tide is well maintained. Whether you stay a month (as we did) or just a week or two, you will have no complaints.

Great vacation spot

I’ve been going to NSB my whole life and the Ebb Tide has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The building is well maintained and one of the best locations on the beach. The unit specifically is wonderful. Feels very new and clean and had everything you could need. The owner Zach was extremely helpful and always available if I had a question. Highly recommend!

Great condo for a vacation at the beach!

THe view was lovely off the large balcony and the rooms had enough furniture for 2 people plus 5 guests. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels in both bathroms. TVs were great. We loved the garage with plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The pool was very nice and plenty of furniture and umbrellas and of course, the beach was the best!! The owner stayed in touch via text, which was nice, when needed, and the instructions for use of condo and amenities were easy to read and understand ..

This is a very nice condo on New Smyrna Beach. Condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It’s a quiet part of the beach. It’s very relaxing to sit and watch the sun rise each morning. I highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous!!!

We loved our time at the EbbTide property. Very clean, exactly as listed. Owner was super helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We had one minor hiccup with an electrical outlet and he addressed it immediately. The property has everything you need plus lots of extras which is incredibly nice. We've stayed at a LOT of vrbo's and this one was by far one of our favorites.

Condo was perfect!

This condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was great being on the no-drive section of the beach, since we practically had the beach to ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful

Beautiful condo, easy beach access, comfy bed, plenty of space in bedrooms for all our luggage & stuff. Even had shoe racks in the closet that i used. Direct ocean view. Close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend.
