Welcome to our centrally located Delray Beach Vacation Rental Home!

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping the home has been renovated with modern conveniences.

There is also a Studio for rent on the property for vacation purposes. Studio rents separately and there may be up to 2 people staying in the Studio, with a separate and entrance separate entry from the property. Studio does NOT connect internally to Main House.

Expansive and meticulous garden giving you a lot of room to relax

House has turn of the century flourish along with modern conveniences, chef's kitchen. Charm includes original Miami Dade pine floors, Mexican tiles in the foyer and kitchen, decorative Spanish archways, fire place, a brick mantle. Includes large foyer with a pecky cypress ceiling, a large desk overlooking the front yard and street (not pictured).

The interior of the home was repainted by the owner upon purchase in neutral colors with 1 red accent wall in the living room.

70' HDCATV Flat screen in living area has HD Service for all major networks and events but no movie channels, and comes with a DVR (so you may watch your own shows at your leisure). Various books for your reading enjoyment. There is also an area for outdoor barbecuing and relaxing. There is 4 car parking availability in the front driveway.

Location
Two blocks from Atlantic Ave we are centrally located. Walking to the beach is a breeze: its 7 blocks and about a 15 min walk. Walking to restaurants for the evening is between 2-5 blocks and as little as 5 minute walk. Driving is not necessary once you reach our home!

The property has a unique side and back yard giving you a lot of room to relax. The yard has meticulous and native landscaping that will indulge and give you the rest, relaxation you need.

Golf Information
Public Municipal Golfing available nearby west of 95 in Delray Beach as well as in Boca Raton for a nominal fee. DelrayDelray Beach Golf Club is a 1923 Donald Ross Design located off of Atlantic Avenue just three miles west of the historic Downtown Delray Beach area. This jewel is a meticulously manicured championship track, and features 6,907 yards and a par-72. Delray Beach Golf Club is the home of many of the most prestigious special events in the area, including the annual Jameson Classic Pro-Am, and the annual Beth Daniel / Meg Mallon Clinic. Delray Beach Golf Club is a full service operation, with a driving range, putting area, lesson programs, and full restaurant, bar/lounge, and banquet facilities.

Great house great location

Stayed at this great house for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Tim and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. House is close to shopping and dining. The beach pass was a lifesaver, house is very well equipped. I will be renting this house again!!

Delray Golf Trip

I do not believe that the pictures does this place justice. The unit is in great shape, well kept, updated accessories. Went down with three buddies at the last minute for sometime away. This was one of the only places left to rent and I don't know why. It was perfect, location was spot on for access around town and the beach. Includes a pass on the beach. I do not think that you can go wrong with renting this unit!

Great location, charming... a peaceful oasis.

Don't let 4 stars fool you... a pool would have made it perfect. This is a charming and comfortable house. Close to everything. It is well kept and the back yard is literally a great little oasis when you just want to sit around in quiet tropical greenery for a bit. The owner and caretaker were both very responsive to any needs. Since we weren't there to sit around the house all day... the only wish would be upgraded "electronics" for those times when do just want to sit around the house and watch a movie. But then... we are spoiled. We would definitely stay again!

perfect for a family

the house was very cute with lots of character. the backyard was so beautiful that my sister had a photographer come to take some of her wedding photos there. i would definitely recommend to anyone with children, the neighborhood is very quiet but still so close to everything, including the busy downtown area. we had plenty of space for everyone. the owner was very easy to work with. we would definitely stay there again.

Lush gardens, great home.

What a wonderful home for a vacation! There was adequate space for my whole family and the photos really don't do the house and studio justice. The master bath with claw foot tub was a surprise and the kitchen with granite counters made the experience feel more like one's home than a rental property. The gardens are lush and the huge yards were ideal for large family gatherings complete with BBQ. Timothy, the owner was gracious and very easy to work with. A relative commented that this is the ideal Florida lifestyle home. I agree!

An Ideal Family Retreat

My wife and I stayed here all of February, part of the time with our grandchildren. The location is perfect with a comfortable walk to town and the beach. The house is comfortable and well maintained with everything we needed More than enough bedding and towels including beach towels. The beach pass is a nice touch. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything else needed for preparing any kind of meal. The large yard is a real plus. The children had most of their meals on the picnic bench and had plenty of space for outdoor games. None of us had a single complaint. What really recommends this house, however is the people. The owner is easy to work with and responsive to any request. The property manager, who lives on grounds, can help with anything. By the end of the month we thought of him as part of the family. If the children didn't see him the would go looking for him. We have already made arrangements to return next year.

Great South Florida getaway!

This house is so cute. The tempurpedic beds and nice linens were a welcomed treat. The landscaping makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. It also provides lots of privacy which was nice for backyard barbecues. There is ample parking that we used for boat storage. There are a lot of reefs within the area that are great for diving. Easy walk to the strip which has lots of restaurants and shops. Owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be renting this house again. Thanks!

Charming Beach Home With Luxe Amenities

We had such a delightful time at this wonderful home! The beds and linens were amazing (very comfortable and luxurious), the house was immaculate, and the 3 bathrooms were awesome (claw foot tub in master bath was particularly nice). Easy to walk to the beach and shopping (although we chose to drive), and the beach pass (which gives renters two 'free' beach chairs/umbrella each day) was so helpful. The kitchen was divine, and the backyard was supremely quiet and inviting. There were plenty of games and books to keep us occupied, and the lounging sofa in the family room was outstanding for naps! The owner was easy to work with, and provided excellent customer service - we've already recommended this spot to a few others...it was great!
