We arrived at a broken bed in one of the rooms. They sent maintenance to try to “fix it.” The maintenance person advised that the bed needed to be replaced completely. We only stayed one night, and they refused to reimburse us. The property does not look like the pictures

The property is fine if you are not picky, my room was in a lower level, open the door entry and you can find 3 rooms there, only security is the code to the room. Upon arrival I had to wait few minutes for the front desk office person and there was nobody there for check out. I called and left a message and did not get a call back or text message. Seems to be short of staff.

Everything was just wonderful 😌!! The staff, Clanci..at the front desk such a sweet person ❤️ and Luis who let me stay an hour later til my daughter picked me up was awesome!!
