Great experience from beginning to end! Wonderful room (the two full baths were especially appreciated), great facilities, great amenities, exceptionally attentive staff, and expansive breakfast offerings. The evening reception was decent, although could be improved by changing out one of the three veggie offerings or chips and salsa every two or three days. Even still, this place is a gem!

Potato chips in pullout bed. Locks on bathroom doors dont work. Something wet and sticky on the carpet. Dont want to know what it is. Needed extra pillows and blankets, you have to get them yourself from the lobby. Not what I expect for $600 a night room.

Checked in late at night and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to another room for $30 more each night. I asked to see both rooms to make my decision the person behind the desk said "no, take it or leave it" so I did not upgrade. For that he gave me a room on the 2nd floor, the sink was plugged up, the facet broke in the bathtub and water kept pouring out . I insisted they move me and I was moved to the 7th floor. Better room and there were few people in the hotel so I realized the night desk person was vindictive when he put me in that room. The 2 bartenders were awesome and one person behind the desk was awesome. The rest of the staff (including the valet) was quite surly and unwelcoming. I would never go back to this hotel and I hope the 3 outstanding employees find work elsewhere.
