This 2-bedroom beach hideaway is a short three block walk to the fabulous entertainment center of Atlantic Avenue - From the Taste of Delray event to Old School Square and Crest Theater, you will find plenty of activities and world-class dining and shopping. Try the local golf cart service from downtown and you can easily be on your way back home! Also less than a mile from the wide open white sandy beach, SeaBreeze is the perfect hub to enjoy your holiday!

Welcoming and completely updated, this unit features a cozy living room area with a plush sofa and a *Smart TV to unwind at night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials to prepare delicious home-made meals. There is a dining table with seats for four.

This unit enjoys a private patio with 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ grill. Outside the patio gate you can access a shared and beautifully landscaped backyard, outfitted with a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, and a dining area. The perfect space to soak up the sun and create great vacation memories!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is outfitted with a full stove/oven and all the cookware you need to make a delicious meal at home. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a toaster, and a blender. Basic spices like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil are also provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Onsite parking spot off the rear alleyway for one car only. This space will only accommodate one compact OR mid size vehicle. No oversized vehicles allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM

Great place to stay in Delray Beach!

The apartment was exactly what we look for in a vacation rental. Clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. It was also well situated near the center of Delray Beach and close to the beach, too. The heated pool was also great, and it was an additional nice touch to have added amenities like a washer and dryer, both charcoal and gas grills, and even beach chairs, tent and umbrella. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to South Florida!

Nice little duplex

Overall, great experience with the place, but there could’ve been a few other things that could’ve been taken up to make it better. As a fellow Vrbo Owner some small things go along way. There was dried blood on one of the bedsheets and the sheets in general were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in showers. Water filter on fridge needed to be changed and made a lot of noise. Also was not warmed of the heavy construction Next Door that was going on our entire stay. Overall, a nice place, but working on a few of these things would’ve made it a five star for sure.

Wonderful Cozy Comfy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Delray vacation property. We loved the location in a beautiful neighbourhood where we can quickly walk to the Atlantic Shops, restaurants & beaches. The space was super comfortable with great beds and renovated bathrooms. It was a cute home away from home. We loved the clean and relaxing pool area which was a real bonus. The property is managed very well and the listing completely represents the listing. We would definitely return as we loved the area. Thanks for a great experience.

Fear for what we needed

I do feel like the listing ga was confusing that 4 other duplexes share the one small pool. The unit was cute abs clean. I was surprised with the list of cleaning that was required when we were paying a cleaning fee. Overall it was good.

Super private clean home in the best area

Well maintained, thought through, super clean in the nicest possible location in Delray. Property manager and owner are highly responsive, Accommodating on any requests yet not overbearing. Home and outdoor spaces are very private. Plenty of parking available. The home, areas outside and the pool are well-maintained and clean. Overall very comfortable stay with zero issues.

Quiet, comfy and convenient!

We really enjoyed staying at SeaBreeze! The home is very nice with two bedrooms, two full baths. A nice kitchen and living room. The pool is great for a refreshing dip too! The location is minutes from everything you want to do, so we’ll be back.

Hurricane disrupted booking but charged anyway.

We are from Tampa area and we booked this when the hurricane looked like it was going to hit us directly. The booking was not used as the path of Hurricane Ian switched and was now further south. We let them know on Tuesday morning that we would not use the property. The owners of the property graciously reimbursed 50% of our costs. The problem is that with the change in direction and path of the hurricane they actually expected us to travel and put ourselves and others in danger. They actually expected us to join the hundreds of thousands of people who were evacuating South of Tampa and to add to the conjestion of the roads. They opened their property for bookings but had a 3 day minimum. so no one took it. I think that greed and financial gain in a time of distress is pretty aweful. If i had owned this property i would have opened it for 1 or 2 day bookings and would have freely given it without charge. On top of this reports of tornados and flooding in Delray Beach made the situation even more variable. We are out hundreds of dollars but they feel good about their decision. Karma.

Adorable place and great location

We had a wonderful time at Highland Park Delray. The property manager was available to answer any questions and went out of her way to help. The place is adorable and the shared pool area was lovely. They had everything you needed from beach chairs and towels to a coffee maker and even an electric tea kettle. The full size washer and dryer was a nice surprise. It was a perfect location being about a half mile to Atlantic Ave. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to visit Delray.
