I asked for a late check out and did not get one from the lady at the counter. I waited and called the night clerk and got an hour later Whoopi. I was told that the Bon Jovi card does not qualify you for a late check out, so I stopped trying to get one. I will never stay at another Marriott again.

Too many homeless people around. Vehicle in locked compound but the gate wouldn’t lock. Anyone could go in. Local gas station bulletproof, gas very sketchy hotel was well inside, but the neighbourhood was not good.
