Our room was not ready at check in Said they could give us a queen instead We wanted to get ready for dinner and told them to let us know when a king was available They never called In the morning when we were getting ready to leave the cleaning people walked in on us He said he did not know anyone was in the room but the do not disturb sign was on the door When we checked out we were told there was no manager on duty But they were sorry for the mishaps and they offered us 2 bottles of water NO THANK YOU Did not want to cut into their profit margin What a slap in the face they did not even ask for our phone number to have a manager follow up Never will stay at a Hyatt again

I really like the hotel. It’s in downtown so it’s very convenient to everything. We can here to celebrate my father in laws 81st birthday and he lives nearby. Aside from that, the hotel itself is clean , good amenities and very kid friendly. Shout out to Dylan who was very welcoming.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we had an interaction with including, front desk staff, housekeeping, the bartender Charles, and hospitality were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

The cleaning staff never filled our shampoo or body wash. It’s really annoying to find that out at the last minute when I already got in the shower. Told the front desk and they barely even cared.

Great location, great facility & great experience. Wish I stayed longer! Walking distance to restaurants & enjoyed the free breakfast. Don’t love the parking situation-but that’s downtown for ya!
