Pool is heated to 84 degrees Dec thru April. If you would like it to be warmer, it can be heated to 87 degrees for a fee of $20/day.
We provide starter amounts. If you use the last of something (I.e. dish, hand, laundry soap, cleaners, tissue, TP, paper towels) please replace it.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. This house is on a dead end street with mostly full-time residents.

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in down-town Delray Beach. The location is ideal with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and the Delray vibe. We were surprised by the quiet peacefulness of the property with being so close to the action.

A Great Stay

This house was perfect for an extended weekend my friends and I planned. We golfed in the area during the day and enjoyed the restaurants and night life in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and the communication with them was great!

This property was excellent and met all of our needs. The manager and owner were both very responsive! The house was well stocked and there were plenty of pool toys for the kids. The beach club membership was a very nice touch and made trips to the nearby beach very easy! We even had morning coffee overlooking the ICW which was just 4 houses away! We will likely try to come back!

Amazing family vacation spot!

This property went above and beyond our expectations, we can’t recommend it enough! Relaxed, cozy, clean - we enjoyed every second in this beautiful home. The backyard is a private oasis with the perfect sized pool shaded by huge coconut trees. The neighborhood is wonderful- close to shops, restaurants and easy beach access. Even though we were there during a heat wave, the house stayed cool and comfortable. Loved our time here!

Great location

Great location. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and beach. Great back yard for our family and dogs. House has a cozy feel. Great layout. Guest room beds in main house uncomfortable but guest pool house bed was comfortable. Master bedroom perfect. Love the access outside and large bathroom and great closet space. Back yard was very private and tropical. Came with our pets. They had a great run of the backyard. Lots of areas to explore. Pool was relaxing. Will definitely stay again. Location was quiet but close to the fun of Delray.

TERRIBLE and Cockroaches!

the owner of this property is very rude and difficult to work with. I should have seen red flags when we were asked to contribute money for changing our dates (even though it was within the free booking period). The first night the AC went out. The house was 82 degrees until it was fixed the next day at 4pm. The AC man was in and out of the house for 4 hours. Then we got rain and the “guest house” bathroom was leaking brown roof gutter water from the toilet base and sink. It was absolutely disgusting. The toilet paper on the wall was even wet. They came and put tar on the roof and bleached the bathroom. Needless to say- we were unable to use the guest house due to the smell for the remainder of our stay. Upon leaving we found dead bugs- including cockroaches under the bed in the guest house. When I told the home owner she said that these bugs are common in Florida. (I would say this is not a problem to blame on Florida but due to the dirty conditions of the area.) There are plumbing issues, if you run water anywhere in the house the toilets will bubble and will not flush. This house is not worth the price they are asking. The house says it fits 8, but no more than 6 would be comfortable. All of these problems were very inconvenient and headache to deal with. Even worse was the owners would only point the fingers to us and not take any responsibility themselves. Im sure their lack of empathy and gaslighting will continue in their response to my review.

Delray Delight!

We had a wonderful time. Kathy the house manager was helpful, proactiove and responsive with our move-in and departure instructions. The house was clean and exceeded our expectations with the layout, applliances and systems. The backyard and pool were exceptional. Truly a great vacation sopt in Delray!

Wow. This place is incredible.

Hard to put into words how amazing this house is. The location is perfect - it's two blocks off the main drag, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious and peaceful. The backyard, with the pool and the landscaping, is like an oasis. The bathrooms are great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Just an absolutely great place and great experience!

Ideal Stay

Excellent place to stay - my family of 5 (age 16 - 83) loved the house. It's the kind of place that is a happy surprise when you first arrive. The house is a long but feasible walk to the beach, and two blocks from Atlantic Ave. Intracoastal is at the end of the cul de sac. The backyard and pool is like your own private park. Chairs and beds were very comfortable. Property was squeaky clean when we arrived and check-in was easy and obvious. Owners and prop mgr had great communication with us the entire time. Kitchen had pots /pans, dishes, knives, etc. We've stayed in dozens of VRBOs around the world - this house was top tier. One thing to note... this house was less well-stocked with consumables than some we've been to - no sugar, no bath soap, no salt - not a big problem, but be ready for a run to Publix upon arrival (frankly I wish VRBO would standardize some kind of selection of staples for rentals - you never know what you will find). I wish we had had a couple more days here!

Return stay, nice location but property needs repairs

I don’t expect that I would rent this property again. While some repair issues are to be expected given the age of the home, the plumbing gave in on the last day of our stay and none of the toilets were flushing. My family followed the posted guidelines on what to flush and what not to. We decided to leave a day early to avoid making the problem worse and creating a mess. The owner only refunded me a token amount and essentially suggested that I discontinue renting from VRBO if my family needs to use the restroom.
