Filled with natural light, this wonderful home offers all the amenities needed to make your stay in Palm Beach county memorable! Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of Delray Beach’s entertainment and beaches!

The vibrant Atlantic Avenue, and famous Pineapple Grove district, with murals and sculptures, and home to galleries, shops, restaurants, and Artists Alley, you will find activities for all.

Tastefully decorated, the living room is outfitted with a Smart TV, large sofa, loveseat, and a sofa chair, providing all the space and comfort you need to gather friends and family.

Spacious and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essential cookware. The amount of counter space and abundant natural light will make cooking at home smooth and pleasant.
Adjacent, you will find a charming dining room, outfitted with a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a ceiling fan. Surrounded by windows leading to the vast screened porch in the back, this room is very bright and breezy.

This home has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite that features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, Smart TV, large closets for storage, a ceiling fan, and access to the backyard through lovely French doors. It also has its own bathroom, fully equipped with a double-sink vanity and a shower.

The two other bedrooms have a king-size and a queen-size bed, plush linens and pillows, closet space, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and multiple windows for natural light.

There are two more bathrooms in this house, one with a tub/shower combination, and the other one with a shower.

In addition to the large and cozy screened porch that is outfitted with lounge sofas and a coffee table, Marlow House has an amazing fully fenced backyard, complete with a beautiful and lush tropical landscape. Equipped with a saltwater pool (which can be heated), a rim flow spa, lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, outside shower, and a seating space with a secure fire pit, this yard combines all the perfect elements to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the Florida sun!

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE: High-speed internet access; A/C; Smart TVs; luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; saltwater pool with rim flow spa; outdoor grill; outdoor seating and fire pit; beach chairs; towels; umbrella and a cooler; infant pack’n’play.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware; drip-style coffee pot and toaster. All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked, including basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil).

PARKING: Driveway space for 2 cars and free street parking. There is no garage access.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.

DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum. Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living. **We require our guests to be 27 years and older to reserve a home; ID will be required after making the reservation**

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and could tell they were well maintained. There were 3 couples on our trip and this house gave us all plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive.

Perfect Long Weekend Retreat

Booked this home for a long weekend in Delray Beach and it was perfect. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean, well stocked with very nice kitchenware and towels. All kitchen utensils were in excellent condition. When we were not out dining and seeing the surrounding area, we spent the entire time in the beautiful pool. The screened in porch was perfect for giving us the chance to listen to the daily pop-up showers while still enjoying the outdoors. Kate was very responsive heading into my arrival date. I will be visiting South Florida again and would not hesitate in the least to book Marlow House again.

A few days in Delray Beach

The good: House is pretty nice and property manager (Yvonne) was very responsive. Pool and spa very nice, as shown in pictures. Location is great - quick drive to Atlantic ave restaurants and beach. The bad - Ants everywhere. Property manager dropped off spray which worked for 18 hours, but then they reappeared. Which sucks since the are all over kitchen and on floors making you question if they are crawling on your stuff. Killed two roaches as well. Air unit in master needs fixed. Made loud clicking noise all night. HAd to turn off to go to sleep. Just wasn't as relaxing a visit as it should have been. PLace has potential but needs TLC

Wonderful stay at Marlow House

Myself and my family were very pleased with our stay at Marlow House. The home was beautiful, quiet, close to downtown and full of amenities. I would highly recommend staying. The property manager was readily available with any questions. The pictures of the home were very accurate, we were so happy with our stay.

Wonderful House

Stayed at the Marlow house with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren and had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and amply sized for our family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The furnishings and decor are thoughtfully planned and very tasteful, and the pool is amazing. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood within a 20-minute walk to Atlantic Avenue and a short drive to the beach. Our family has been visiting Delray Beach for 10 years and has always stayed in an oceanfront hotel. Renting this house for a week was a game changer for us, and we will definitely be back.

DelRay Delight

First of all the backyard is what makes the property work.... I travel tons and tons and stay at many VRBO properties - this one had a hot tub THAT ACTUALLY was amazing and a lovely heated pool. So often they show these great pics and everything works half assed - not this place. Very tranquil lanai to relax in the rain when that occasional shower passes thru this time of year. Good space and Yvonne truly was a pleasure to work with on a couple of blips we had.

Great Experience

Overall, the property met our expectations. Very Clean, private, organized information, responsive property manager, well supplied, great linens and extras. Only disappointment was the noise created by construction on a house directly behind The Marlow House. There is a lot of construction throughout Delray but future renters should know it's quite noisy with construction tools, conversation and music during the week work hours. We shifted to the beach.

An Oasis

What a great setting to get away from it all. Super private back yard made the pool and hot tub feel like we had a private resort. Kitchen was very well equipped and plenty of seating if you have a large group. Great location as well. The home is close enough to restaurants and far enough that it is a quiet area. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would most definitely gladly re-book this house.

Wonderful family house

We can't say enough about this home! It was very clean upon arrival. It's located in a private neighborhood within walking distance or a short drive to shops/restaurants on Atlantic Avenue as well as the beach. The home had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed and we appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys in the back. The rooms were spacious with nice sized closets. We really had a great stay here and highly recommend it.

Amazing Home
