Summary:

Welcome to Villa 3 Palms, managed by Seabreeze Villas Delray! Our villa has a unique modern coastal design and has been recently renovated with new amenities. Come here with your friends and family to experience the beautiful Delray Beach and its clear blue waters. Additionally, take a stroll down Atlantic Ave, and enjoy the incredible restaurant scene and nightlife that our beach has to offer. We're very excited to host you!



The Space:

The beauty of our villa is that both our beaches and restaurant scene are in close proximity, which provides our guests with a wide array of activities. As such, our goal with the Villa 3 Palms was to enhance this experience and provide the perfect relaxation getaway, whether it be for a week or longer-term. With our new renovations and updated amenities, we fully expect you to enjoy the ultimate comfort and privacy in our villa.

* Bedroom #1: king bed, 55" smart TV, and private shower

* Bedroom #2: queen bed

* Bedroom #3: queen bed

* Total home size is 1700 sq feet

* Bathroom #2: spa rain shower with handheld shower



Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen:

* Open floor plan, allowing you to easily entertain and share experiences with your family

* Living room has a large couch, multiple chairs, and 65" smart TV with a sound system

* Entry/living room has a sofa, two chairs, and table

* Dining room has a table that seats up to 6 individuals

* Kitchen is newly renovated, fully stocked, and has brand new appliances

* Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in kitchen



Backyard:

* Fully enclosed and gated backyard for full privacy

* Two chaise lounges to soak up the sun

* BBQ gas grill to cook your favorite meal

* Outdoor table seating



Family/Kids Amenities:

* Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest.

* Fast wifi, washer/dryer, two-car garage, and a driveway that could fit three to four cars

We will provide a private lock code for the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Villa 3 Palms is located in Delray Beach's premier residential neighborhood, known as the Lake Ida neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal. If you're interested in bringing your animal, please let me know via an inquiry.

Our stay at The 3 Palms was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The villa exceeded every expectation — spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The combination of coastal charm and modern comfort made it feel both luxurious and relaxing, like our own private retreat by the sea. We especially loved the stunning views and peaceful outdoor spaces — mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings by the pool were unforgettable. The hosts were outstanding: responsive, professional, and genuinely warm, ensuring every detail of our visit went smoothly. The location was another highlight — just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, and shops, yet still wonderfully quiet and private. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this property, and it truly shows in every corner. We’re already planning our next trip back. The 3 Palms is a true gem — a perfect blend of comfort, coastal beauty, and five-star hospitality.

We had a great stay here! The house was so clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. It is just a short drive to the bars/restaurants. Ryan was easily accessible and very accommodating as we extended our stay last minute.

The house was not in a neighborhood that you could walk anywhere.

The house was nice enough. The kitchen was short on plugs and only a keurig coffee maker, we like drip. There was only one area crammed next to stove for plugs and only two there. then one more midway on counter underneath for charging or anything else. TV and couch were nice. King bed was great and so was master bath. Other bedrooms were small and cramped on on busy road side of house. House was clean. On morning to leave we had literally NOT ONE MINUTE to get out at 10AM. Cleaner and owner arrived at 9:59AM. I felt like a schoolchild being watched as I departed. Outside offered nothing appealing. Two lounge chairs and a picnic table. None seemed particularly clean. Nice large lawn.

Wonderful house!

We were visiting the Delray Beach area during our kids’ spring break to visit colleges and get some sun. This house was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. Very sleek and modern design, extremely clean, and comfortable beds. The master bedroom shower was really nice too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family and I loved the modern amenities and upgrades of this property. Its kitchen was well-equipped, the beds ultra-comfortable, and the location was so convenient. There was always quick communication when needed between the property manager and me, and he was even flexible with our early arrival schedule. We hope to be back again next year!

A true vacation!

This home is clean, beautifully designed and decorated, and includes incredible sleeping quarters with top of the line bedding. Our family travels to Delray every year to visit family for Christmas - this is the first time my older kids celebrated the living arrangement. Ryan is a great communicator and is very responsive. I appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness. This is a great place to relax and to truly feel like you are on vacation!

Exactly as Pictured!

This home was exactly as pictured. Well-maintained, nicely appointed, with high-end appliances and finishes. The beds were very comfy. Two zone air-conditioning so bedrooms can be a different temp than the main living space. 2 car garage that you can actually park your car in. Easy, short drive to Atlantic Ave. Ryan was a great host! Great communication and easy check-in!
