Two Bedroom Boutique Condo 2 Blocks from the Beach and Atlantic Avenue

Open the windows or enjoy sitting on the front balcony and hear the sounds of the waves. Our Two bedroom condo has queen size beds in each bedroom, central A/C and heating, ceiling fans, full kitchen, updated appliances including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, free wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer Beach towels, additional dressing area in the master bedroom utility closet with mirror/vanity and sink and Beach-side Chair Service. There is one parking space and Beach access within 2 short blocks. Enjoy upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment just a few steps away on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Condo overlooks a botanical court yard. Full of tourist attraction and romantic opportunities.

Guest will be provided starter amenities such as paper towels, bottled water, bathroom tissue, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, and garbage bags. Guest can settle in before picking up needed supplies. Iron and iron board, blow dryer, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, towels and linens. If you are looking for a great vacation in a great location, you found it!

Surpris qu’il n’y avait pas deux salles de bain tel que dans la description de l’annonce. DĂ©ception du confort des lits, aurait aimer plus ferme et des oreillers plus moelleux. L’emplacement est parfait, tout est Ă  distance de marche. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la passe pour chaises/parasol Ă  la plage. La plage Delray est trĂšs propre et agrĂ©able Ă  marcher.

We had a great stay in Delray Beach! The location was perfect—close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made it really easy to get around and enjoy the area without any hassle.The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell the host really takes pride in keeping everything clean and organized.The host was also excellent with communication—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved this very cozy place. Fantastic location, very clean, and easy, reasonably priced. Only downside is bathroom is small and we were only provided body wash. There was also no shampoo and no kleenix. Despite that, we would stay again.

This was a fantastic location 2 blocks from the beach and walkable to all the superb restaurants. The apartment had a beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable beds and it was clean and quiet. Parking and laundry were a real plus and we had passes to the lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. I highly recommend this rental!

This place was wonderful, would definitely stay here again! Clean quiet condo and neighborhood. Beach is beautiful and a very easy walk away. The two chairs and umbrella daily at the beach just really knocked it out of the park! It is also walking distance to just about any coffee shop, breakfast, lunch, or dinner spot, tons of adorable shops, and my favorite playa bowls! Everythings so close you would never have to drive.

Great location, in Delray for a 4 day weekend. Close to the beach and all the fun on Atlantic Ave. Washer and dryer in the Condo. Beach pass for an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.
