Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Master Bedroom has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, a large window, and a smart TV; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a full sized bed and a bunk bed, large window, a smart TV, and a full bath with a shower. In the living room a large sliding glass doors opening to the super-sized balcony with a spectacular 180-degree panoramic view of Nantucket sound. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in area overlooking ocean. An incredible waterfall quartz island. Subzero refrigerator, wolf stove, microwave, wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances. Living room has a smart TV. Central AC, central heating, Washer and Dryer inside the penthouse. Linens and bath towels are provided. The unit is located on the fourth floor. Magnifique

Toute la famille a adoré notre séjour. Le condo est très beau, propre et la vue est à coupée le souffle. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous n'avons eu aucun problème à trouver la propriété et à y avoir accès. Il nous a également fourni des informations sur les activités, attractions et magasins des environs, cela nous a été très utile.

Cape Cod Heaven

Our family has been to Cape Cod many times, but we've never experienced it like this. The views are incredible! Being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, having coffee on the deck over looking the water, the views from the dining room table....I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It's absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, and pans perfect for cooking our daily breakfast. So many amazing restaurants near by... It truly was an amazing vacation. We were so sad to leave. Our kids are 12 and 9 - they loved the bunk beds and how the bathroom was attached to their room. The couch was so comfy, and took a few afternoon naps. The beds were also very comfortable as well! Even though it was April, we had some perfect weather and enjoyed the beach too. Book this place, you won't regret it!

Perfect winter getaway

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful penthouse on the top floor of a beachside condo. Kitchen and living space were perfect for relaxing and staying cozy. Great Property & Location - But Needs Some Improvement for the Price.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. Great top floor unit, spectacular views and location. Owner responded quickly to my text messages with issues (very wet shower mat hanging over shower door, very damp moldy smelling towels that were folded for us to use, light sockets that did not work; 1 was pushing into the wall when you tried to plug something in, master shower dial had piece broken off.) He explained it was the cleaning company and he would reach out to them and address this. I thanked him and explained stuff like this can result in poor reviews; I realize he is not nearby to check on these things regularly but needs a dependable cleaning co to manage the prop. The owner told me I could wash the towels to take care of the problem. I was very disappointed in his response. This was not a cheap rental. I did not feel I should be washing any towels. Then at 9:20 pm, on our last night, I received a text from the owner telling me the water would be turned off around 8:30 am for about an hour for some plumbing work and to please plan accordingly. Turns out the water never did get turned off and we were gone by 10:30 am. During all of this, the owner never once said the word 'Sorry' for any of the issues we experienced, including being told the water being turned off. Too bad, because it would have gone a long way and I would not be writing this review. The perception was that it was okay to inconvenience paying customers and that he owed them nothing.

The condo was gorgeous, but nothing could beat the location and beautiful views. Sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves crashing on the shore was the best. The water was incredibly warm. So many great restaurants and bars close by. It was a wonderful vacation!

The property was just as good or better than the photos. Communication with landlord was exceptional. Just a beautiful place to relax , loved the private beach with soft sand . Decided to not tour around and just stay the day at this home. Stunning view and nice size patio.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod ocean-front penthouse! It is very clean and includes everything you need for a luxury stay on the cape. The views are world class! Our host checked to make sure everything was perfect on the first day. It was truly a fantastic rental experience!

The penthouse was a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing few days. Located near so many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. Well appointed with anything you would need. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets greeted us every day. Host was informative and responded to our inquiries timely. Look forward to staying there again.
