5 STAR RATING! This home has been featured in The Quilting Company July/Aug issue and housed many musicians who have sold out Red Rocks! Book NOW as our calendar fills up fast, we just went live with this listing again after installing brand new oak floors over many months (not pictured)! We have setup discounted pricing to start filling up! Enjoy the luxury of newer furniture, New Colorado artwork from local artists, a large beautiful new table with bench style seating, a new sectional couch, a 420 friendly porch, a 55" 4K TV (additional TV's in all rooms), ROKU, HBO, Netflix and WIFI. You'll love the charm of the home! There are two private parking spaces in a dirt driveway in the back + 1 in garage, and plenty of additional street parking. This is a great location for Uber and Lyft (direct them to the alley). The sizable kitchen offers ample granite counter top space, and the master bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a California King size bed, and a generous five-piece bathroom. We recently added board games, a barbecue, and patio furniture. All of the art was purchased from local artists and most of the furniture was recently upgraded with new handmade beds or refinished furniture by a local craftsman. The floors are brand new (new pics coming!). Close to I-70 and I-25, you have quick access to get to downtown to enjoy the Broncos game, the Pepsi Center or Coors Field. Near wonderful shops and restaurants in West Highlands, Berkeley, Sunnyside, and Tennyson Street neighborhoods. You'll enjoy the fenced in back yard and patio, the covered front porch with seating, you will not find a better home for your stay!
