• The electrical system is a bit delicate. There are designated outlets for hair dryers and space heaters.

• *Height restriction - Please note that this is a lower-level garden unit with low ceilings, and there is a height restriction of 5'10" max*

• Street parking is available as well as one slot in the alley for medium to small vehicles, but larger vehicles may need to use the street parking.

• The back patio is a common area everyone in the building shares.

• Cameras and Noiseaware - Motion-activated cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
