Bedroom 1 – The Red Rocks Room: A warm and inviting queen bedroom inspired by Colorado’s legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater, perfect for relaxing after a concert, a Denver outing, or a day of exploring.

Bedroom 2 – Rocky Mountain National Park Room: This serene queen bedroom features forest-inspired wallpaper and a peaceful mountain feel that brings the magic and beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park indoors. A TV adds an extra touch of comfort for quiet evenings in.

Bedroom 3 – Double Black Diamond Room: A stylish queen bedroom with ski- and snowboard-inspired design details that capture the excitement and charm of a Colorado mountain getaway.

Bedroom 4 – Wild West Room: Blending western character with everyday function, this queen bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with a high-top desk, making it ideal making it ideal for remote work, schoolwork, or getting ready with ease!

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times and enjoy responsibly.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORHOOD RESPECT
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors, as this is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed and will be shut down if they occur. If you’re unsure whether your stay or group is a good fit, please reach out—we’re always happy to help.

NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home and will result in a minimum $1,000 fine. You are welcome to smoke on the back patio only, and we kindly ask that all items are fully extinguished and disposed of properly.

PETS
We absolutely love hosting dogs—they’re part of the family! Please make sure all pets are registered and the pet fee is paid through Airbnb at booking. If not, a $250 per pet fee will apply. Pets should not be left unattended unless kenneled. A medium/large kennel is provided in the laundry room for your convenience, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
