Breakfast is a paid service, some people double park and the parking spots are really narrow, so expect to drop passengers off before pulling into a spot. For the price it was per night, this establishment should’ve had free breakfast or at least coffee for the travelers visiting aurora/denver like myself. I had to leave using uber taxi and pickup breakfast somewhere else because they charge $16/person for a cheap set of plates/bowls. Cereal, scrambled eggs, make-it-yourself waffles, butter. Very disappointing to say the least but the room is clean. Room service did not stop by for towel exchange, also keep the card on you to access the main door after 10pm. Otherwise you’re locked out.

Pet friendly. Room was very dated. Felt dirty.staff was okay. We ate breakfast once. Charged 15.00 dollars for buffet breakfast that was typical of other hotels free breakfast. We have stayed here several times, but this time very disappointed. Probably won't be staying there again.

First night we checked in the toilet was clogged. They changed us to another room. The second room had a water leak under the sink that was pooling on the floor. I contacted the front desk. They said they would have someone fix it. 2 days later, still not fixed. We checked out.

Was a great and convenient stay 3 nights

Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good. My only complaints were the small parking spaces (door dings are unavoidable) and the noise from the freeway was loud and never let up. At first we thought we had a window open, but these windows dont open.

The carpet in the lobby and hallways is old and stained. It detracts from the overall appearance and needs to be replaced. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable however the smell of bleach was really strong and persisted each day.

Most of the property was good - just the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned at all. The toilet seat even had a small streak of fecal matter which was really disgusting. Other than this the property seemed terrific.
