Staff was lovely. Friendly and allowed me early check in. Clean and comfortable room. Free transportation to the airport is so helpful. 2/3 broken elevators was not ideal and the staircase was kinda gross. But that’s minor.

I noticed on our initial elevator ride to the 6th floor that the elevator was not functioning correctly. Loud noises from the machinery itself and the doors are very slow to open. Then later that evening 2 of the 3 were out of service, leaving only the one I was worried the most about still in service. They were all functioning as best they could the next day BUT that night ALL 3 were out of order. Leaving me and several other guests to climb the 12 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Property was clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Room was quiet and clean as well, however the bed was not at all comfortable. We stayed for 3 days and I now need a chiropractic adjustment :-( Breakfast was $16 for a “buffet” that other hotels include as complimentary. Did not realize the other amenities the property.

Staff was friendly and responsive and the room was clean and prepared. The complimentary breakfast for 3 days was solid and they rotated some foods as so you would not get tired of it. Any other small things about the room/stay I could mention would only be nitpicking and not worth downgrading from 5 stars to 4. Will probably stay here again and try out the pool.
