I booked this hotel based on using the “my location” search on the Travelocity app. Unfortunately this was not the hotel I was directly across the street from and was actually 30 minutes away. It would be really nice to have outlets next to the bed, and a second box of tissues in the main room area, as well as a microwave for the room. A bit much to charge for parking, and no need for the heat to be cranked up to 80 upon arrival.

Nothing good to say about this place. Horrible service from everyone. All staff had rude manners and I felt like I was disturbing them when I asked for something. Room was decent but it was loud 24/7 and the balcony was pointless. Parking was $18 a night and there was never any parking. One night I had to wait 40 minutes for a parking spot. Yes they charge parking here and no I didn’t know before I got there. No one mentioned it to me and it wasn’t in the fine print when I booked. Be aware when you order food/beverage, they already add gratuity and they don’t tell you.
