The place is cozy and elegant. However, my daughter found a bedbug on her bed and she took a video of it. When I reported it to the front desk, they weren't concerned which was frustrating because it was a bedbug!

Firstly, having to pay for parking is ridiculous. The bald man who was tending bar was not very friendly and rather abrupt, the ladies who were tending bar the previous night were so friendly and their drinks were delicious! Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was great, also. I was staying here for a business trip and my bathroom as well as my co-workers bathroom in our separate rooms smelled terrible, like poop, the entire time. I had to spray my perfume in the bathroom whenever I was in the room to hide the smell. I've stayed here multiple times over the years and this trip was not as enjoyable as the others.

It was comfortable, but because I think there was some kind of conference or family reunion. It was so loud at like two in the morning you could hear people down in the lobby and the sound traveled all the way up to the ninth floor. ed

Service was friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was very good. Bed was hard and pillows were lacking structure. The AC also seemed to not be working. The available snacks, refrigerator, and spaciousness were welcoming, and the availability of plentiful shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were refreshing. Overall, a really good experience we will just bring our own pillows next time.Oh, the omelette bar/waffle assembly line was spot on, nicely done!!
