The air conditioner did not work. The room was not stocked with bedding for the sofa bed. Isac at the front desk was very kind. He notified I needed a compliment. He made my day!

Don't shave in the sink. It will clog up and guest will be charged. One of the worst properties I've stayed at.

Nice breakfast. Rooms good, but sink area in bathroom a bit too small for my taste. Problems with the TV, but staff was able to fix it, and did so quickly.

The hot tub was closed, we didn't have a microwave in our room, it isn't close proximity to a lot of things, the people above us stomped all night keeping us up and the remote batteries kept running out to which the staff responded by giving us more used batteries that didn't work.
