Took over an hour to get a room because the key cards would not unlock room doors. Tried three rooms before doing one that worked. Furniture dirty and worn out. Stuffing sticking out of furniture if places. Dark and dingy. Later heard others complaining about key cards not working.

We reserved a 2 queen room and were given a king room instead for three people and when I spoke to the front desk lady she was exceptionally rude and condescending, stating we only reserved the room and they determine what kind of room we get.
