The front desk service was horrible, from checking in to calling multiple times asking for a sheet and blanket for the pull out sofa bed.. didn’t receive a sheet or blanket for the bed in the end. Won’t be staying at this specific hotel again.

Overall, the stay was ok. The ONE problem that I had was that the REFRIDGERATOR quit working... It somehow turned itself off... And I didn't find out until I got up to leave (early and unexpectedly) at 0330 on December 29 when I left a day early...

Room has all the things you need. Full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and plates plus glasses and silverware. Lots of counter space and roomy. TV had closed caption and easy to use guide. Soft close toilet as well. All the things we have at home. Very nice staff and place to stay. Will be using them again when we're in Denver area.
