Don’t show up on a Saturday night expecting to watch a college football game on NBC. You’ll have to watch it on your phone. Because they don’t have NBC in the rooms.

Overnight front desk gentleman went above and beyond. Although , it may seem like something small to others it meant a lot to me. He went out of his way to make sure the room tv worked after I had called about it not working. It was missing a cord and everything. He found one and it started working just fine.
