On the evening of the 3rd, around 8:30 PM, the staff member in charge of check-in was very unkind. After receiving the room key, the door did not open, so we asked for assistance, but the staff responded in a very rude manner. In the end, they admitted that they had written down the wrong room number, but there was no apology for the unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time we experienced.

Breakfast was not great, always cold, very crowded in the mornings, and limited options. Room was pretty comfy, bed was a little hard. Could hear people in the room next door way too easily. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Further from the main city center than we thought but overall a good stay.
