On the top floor (7) the HVAC on the roof sounds like a truck idling in your room. Quite noisy at that end of the hotel (lower numbered room); not sure about the other end

My only complaint is the airport shuttle. It only runs every 30 minutes and serves numerous hotels. It took me an hour to get picked up from the airport and back to my parking at the Hyatt.

Newer hotel. Rooms nice. Typical breakfast. Beds good. Good front desk service. Further away than bigger hotel area on Tower road ie walk to restaurants. Issue. Hotel info on hotels.com. says 3:30am shuttle. Hotel said 4am. Hyatt website doesn't specify. Ending up getting Uber at 3:30am.

Friendly staff, nice room. First room had noisy furnace that would cycle up every 2 hours. Notified front desk and they swapped my room right away.

Traveling with children - the hotel shuttle is convenient and the restaurant is a nice amenity. I appreciated that they had snack packs available if you were traveling earlier than breakfast was served.

Great property. We used this hotel as a mid point in our travels. The airport shuttle was very convenient. A little crazy to navigate from the airport, but when leaving the hotel it was on time as scheduled. Hotel staff very kind.
