Breakfast wasnt free, had to ask for room service and room freshened since none was provided 2 days in. Room was extremely dirty with stains everywhere and bugs coming out of drains in pool area. Plus parking not free either. Not impressed, definitely will not be staying here again.

The room was amazing...so sad we weren't there longer to enjoy it more. My only complain was paying for parking as I was trying to unload my stuff and kids...and then trying to check in. Would be nicer if it was all taken care of at check-in.

Airport shuttle driver was rude. When I got to my room, the room had all the drawers pulled out the couc was half way open and none of the towels in the room were put away. I had to put everything away and make the room look somewhat presentable
