My credit card was defrauded after trying to put a card on file. The staff were unresponsive to the manager's requests - poor communication resulted in delays and poor service. There are no door hangers to request cleaning service, so one must take the time to do so in person or by phone. Bad experience overall. They made only minimal efforts to make up for the violation and significant inconvenience of having credit card information stolen.

Politeness, deposit waiver that was not asked for, and an extra hour on a late checkout does NOT make up for the inconvenience and violation of having credit card information stolen.
The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First room we got, 210, had dried blood on the hairdryer and pubic hair on the toilet and tub. We were given another room that was dirty and the end sunken. We were going to dinner and were told when we got back we would be given as many room keys as we wanted to find a room that was “suitable” enough. After 5 other dirty rooms we found the least disgusting. We stayed that night and then checked out and find another hotel. They do NOT adhere to any special cleaning and disinfecting practices.
The room next door was rented to 6 teenagers that were loud and we’re up all night. My wife and I got zero sleep. Management wouldn’t do anything about it. Also the buildings exterior and ground were sorely neglected.
