I had a very positive initial first impression of the hotel until the musty room smell which seemed to stem from someone disregarding hotel policy and either smoking in the stairwell or right next to the exit door. Coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy the smell, onceyou get past the stale smell of the devils lettuce, the beds were comfortable and the area was nice. The View restaurant next door was fantastic.

Great stay

Loved the pet friendly rooms with a door directly to the courtyard. It was extremely convenient it the middle of the night when my puppy had to go potty to let him out right away without having to go down the elevator or walk down the hall to go outside. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in town visiting. One recommendation I do have for the property is to add more trash bins outside. I know the door we were using did not have a trash bin so when cleaning up after our puppy we had to walk around to another door to find a trash can. Normally hotels have a trash bin at every door.

The elevator did not work very well at all and it made us very nervous to use. The staff were nice but also didnt always now how to answer questions. The breakfast was boring, there was not a whole lot of variety to it. And there was not a lot of shade in the swimming area.

Hello, My experience was pretty terrible and I've been meaning to contact the hotel. In the event that I do not receive a reasonable response to this, I will also contact management. Apart from the good breakfast, I found the whole experience unclean. Cigarettes were poured on the floor by the pool, dirty towels by the pool to use, dirty towels with hairs on in my room, dust everywhere, and smelly dirty bed sheets. While the breakfast was well thought out, everything else did not match up to the price, leaving me with a bad experience during what was an exciting weekend celebrating the birthday of my partner.

We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the hallways and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Our room faced the freeway, and the windows did not block out the noise at all—it was loud all night and very hard to sleep. We also noticed some homeless individuals in the parking lot, which made us feel uneasy. Outside the hotel, the area was dirty with a lot of trash around the entrance and parking lot. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. The combination of noise, smoke smell, and lack of cleanliness made it an unpleasant experience.

If you have a pet, try to get a first floor room. There is a door that goes out to the back where there is like an amazing backyard. It has lots of space to walk your dog and a wonderful pool area as well
