Our newly renovated lower level apartment has a full kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms, dining area, a patio with comfortable seating to relax (or work) outside and a hot tub to soak up the views and wind down the day.
The space
The guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, with a separate entrance and full kitchen and is located next to a beautiful park and lake. There are often gaggles of geese around to greet you, and every morning there's a pretty sunrise to wake up to! A hot tub has been recently added for your soaking pleasure.
Guest access
Guests will have access to 2 bedrooms, a work desk, a full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room, an outdoor patio and yard and a hot tub that fits up to 4 people.
Other things to note
Lake is private and HOA has strict rules that anyone using the lake must be accompanied by the property owner.
Please wear appropriate swimwear in the hot tub as children can be nearby in the adjacent park.
