Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They wonât enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

Youâll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home with two shower/tub combos. They feature bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and all the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that your group may need.
The downstairs bathroom is also the laundry room with a washer and dryer for use during your stay.

There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and 2 more vehicles can park on the street. Some patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
