The property is gated and the property itself is wonderful. The area around the property hosts a large population of homeless.

When I booked this hotel I had higher expectations but when we arrived we were disappointed. Toilet wouldn’t flush even after maintenance was called up. Towels very thin and scratchy. Very flat pillows. The peppery area the hotel during the evening was very dark and felt unsafe walking into parking garage. During the day there was a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk.
