Booked and paid for the room online. The person I had it booked for has a credit union account and a prepaid debit to prevent a major loss in funds. He was unable to use the card and couldn’t stay for the trip. Ridiculous

So instead of calling to get the reservation refunded, you decided to leave a bad review because our payment system doesn't take prepaid cards? All you had to do was call to get the reservation refunded we would have gladly refunded the reservation. We don't control what our system takes and what it doesn't take

Room safe did not function, tv remote control did not work very well even after batteries were replaced. The room incidental $50 deposit was posted to my credit card as $504.00 instead of $50.40.

Easiest check in and out I’ve had. Central to most of Denver. Clean hotel and grounds. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was not expecting this quality at the price. Would stay again.
